A Trusted Advisor for Life’s Transitions

I work with clients who have spent a lifetime building wealth and now want clarity, protection, and purpose as they move forward.

Whether you are approaching retirement, navigating a loss, or thinking about how to pass on your legacy, you deserve more than a piecemeal plan. You deserve a trusted relationship with someone who listens, understands your values, and brings experience to your most important financial decisions.

At McClain Wealth Management, I provide calm, strategic guidance tailored to your life, not just your balance sheet.

  • Wealth Management

Your portfolio should reflect your goals, values, and risk tolerance, not the latest trends. I design and manage investment strategies that align with your overall financial plan.

Whether you are several years out or already retired, I will help you build a plan to create sustainable, tax-efficient income for the lifestyle you want.

  • Charitable Giving Strategies

If giving is part of your life, I will help you structure donations in a way that is both tax-efficient and meaningful.

  • Wealth Transfer Planning

From lifetime gifts to estate planning coordination, I help ensure your wealth passes to loved ones in a thoughtful, intentional way.

About Me

I was born in Guam and spent much of my childhood moving as the daughter of an Air Force servicemember. My journey took me through Kansas, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, and ultimately Hawaii, where both of my parents were born and raised.

After a year of college on the mainland, I returned home and completed my degree at the University of Hawaii. Following several years exploring different career paths, I earned my MBA and began my financial services career with USAA in 2003. Over the next 11 years, I built a strong foundation in property and casualty insurance, annuities, and life insurance, and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation.

I later joined a startup financial planning firm, gaining hands-on experience in client relationships and operations within a fast-growing organization. In 2014, I moved to Vanguard, where I spent 11 years deepening my knowledge of investments, estate and tax planning, and holistic financial strategy, working closely with ultra–high-net-worth families. In 2026, I retired from Vanguard and launched my own independent financial planning practice.

I am a proud mother to a daughter attending Northern Arizona University and to a rescue dog named Ginsburg. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, especially in warm weather and near the water. Yoga, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking are my favorite ways to recharge. I also enjoy reading and comedy shows, and I am currently serving on my HOA board.
